Zhongheng Electric: The controlling shareholder received a capital increase of 4.1 billion yuan from CATL and reached a strategic cooperation.

Zhongheng Electric announced that on August 14, its controlling shareholder Zhongheng Technology Investment and its shareholders Zhu Guoding and Bao Xiaoru signed the "Capital Increase Agreement" and "Shareholder Agreement" with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL). CATL intends to invest 4.09985882353 billion yuan to subscribe for the additional registered capital of 14.41176471 million yuan, including cash of 3.51185882353 million yuan, and using its 49% equity in Times Tianyuan as an investment valued at 588 million yuan. On the same day, Zhongheng Electric and others signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with CATL and its subsidiaries for cooperation in multiple fields. After this capital increase, Zhu Guoding and his concerted actions will still hold a controlling stake, and the implementation and impact on performance remain uncertain.
