Transsion Holdings' Hong Kong stock listing has been recorded by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued a notice regarding the overseas issuance and listing of shares by Transsion Holdings Limited. The company plans to issue no more than 132,386,200 overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
