The Compass announcement stated that the company had previously decided to invest 200 million yuan of its own funds into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Maiga Securities. Recently, the capital increase and industrial and commercial change registration procedures have been completed, and Maiga Securities has obtained a new Business License. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Maiga Securities has changed from 1.5 billion yuan to 1.7 billion yuan.
