In the first half of the year, Bay Area Development recorded approximately 402 million yuan in revenue, approximately 396 million yuan in pre-tax profit, and approximately 283 million yuan in net profit attributable to shareholders. As of June 30, total assets were approximately 14.374 billion yuan, and net assets were approximately 8.363 billion yuan. At the same time, Bay Area Development proposed to distribute a mid-year dividend for 2026 of approximately 283 million yuan, or 0.085 yuan per share.
