Kaile Co., Ltd. announced that the company plans to cash purchase no less than 50% equity held by shareholders Huang Hanle, Li Xuan, and Li Xiliu of Kesheng Electromechanical on October 22, 2025. Since signing the letter of intent, the company has actively promoted relevant work.
