Tapestry, the parent company of Coach, expects a revenue of $8 billion in fiscal year 2026, representing a 14% year-on-year growth.
On August 13 local time, Tapestry, the parent company of Coach, announced its fourth quarter and full-year results for fiscal year 2026. Fourth quarter revenue was $1.877 billion, a year-on-year increase of 9%; operating profit was $442 million, compared to an operating loss of $584 million in the same period last year. Annual revenue reached $8.004 billion, a year-on-year increase of 14%; operating profit was $1.914 billion, compared to $415 million in the previous year; diluted earnings per share were $7.27, up from $0.82 in the same period last year. By brand, Coach's annual revenue was $6.915 billion, a year-on-year increase of 24%; Kate Spade's revenue was $1.075 billion, a year-on-year decline of 10%. Tapestry expects fiscal year 2027 revenue to range from $8.4 billion to $8.5 billion, with a low single-digit year-on-year growth, and earnings per share of $7.80 to $7.90. The company's board of directors also approved a 16% increase in the dividend.
