Guangzhou Haizhu introduces the "Eight Guidelines for Words and Elements"
On August 14th, the Haizhu District of Guangzhou released the "Eight Policies for Words and Tokens." The policy extends from the efficiency of words and tokens production, service aggregation, and distribution hubs to application scenarios, OPC cultivation, industry upgrading, financial services, and going global, essentially covering the main links of words and tokens' "production circulation consumption value-added."
At the production end, it encourages large model enterprises to improve the production efficiency of words and tokens per chip through technological optimization, providing support of up to 50% of actual investment for qualifying enterprises, with a maximum of 1.5 million yuan per enterprise annually.
At the industrial platform end, it supports enterprises in conducting heterogeneous computing power tokenized packaging, multimodal model aggregation access, and one-stop settlement services, offering up to 4 million yuan in support for qualifying enterprises; it also supports the construction of a central hub for token calls that connects across models, modalities, and diverse platforms, with a maximum support of 4 million yuan.
At the application end, Haizhu will promote the integration of large models with new industrialization, gaming, fashion, marketing, transportation, healthcare, finance, embodied intelligence, and low-altitude fields, with qualifying projects able to receive support of up to 5 million yuan.
