Dagang Co., Ltd.: Changes in multiple senior executives and directors, new management team appointed.

Dagang Co., Ltd. announced that recently General Manager Li Weibo, Deputy General Manager Wang Dongbin, and employee representative director Fang Lei resigned due to job adjustments or transfers. Li Weibo will still serve as Chairman, while the other two will no longer hold their positions. On August 14, the company held a board meeting and agreed to appoint Mao Wenming as General Manager and Xia Rong as Deputy General Manager, nominating Mao Wenming as a candidate for non-independent director, which will require review by the shareholders' meeting. The original term for the above personnel was mostly until October 27, 2027.
