(600406.SH) announced that it plans to use its own funds to repurchase shares through centralized bidding, for the purpose of implementing the company's future equity incentive plan. The amount for the share repurchase will not be less than 500 million yuan (inclusive) and not more than 1 billion yuan (inclusive). The repurchase price will not exceed 35.17 yuan per share (inclusive).
