On August 14, Beiba Media announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Public Transport Advertising Co., Ltd., has filed a lawsuit against Hainan Baima Advertising Media Investment Co., Ltd. in the Beijing Second Intermediate People's Court due to a lease contract dispute, involving an amount of 152 million yuan and corresponding overdue payment penalties of 28.9858 million yuan. Recently, the plaintiff received a notification of case acceptance and other related litigation materials delivered by the court. As of the date of this announcement, the case has not yet been tried in court.
