Kodali announced that in the first half of 2026, the operating income reached 9.208 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 38.58%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 943 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 22.57%, compared to a net profit of 769 million yuan in the same period of 2025; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 917 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 27.35%. The company plans not to distribute a cash dividend, not to issue bonus shares, and not to increase capital using reserve funds.
