The National Healthcare Security Administration has issued the "Guide to Project Approval for Pricing of Inspection Medical Services."

To implement the "Pilot Program for Deepening the Reform of Medical Service Pricing," and to promote the standardized compilation of medical service pricing projects nationwide, the National Healthcare Security Administration (NHSA) has recently developed and issued the "Guidelines for Project Establishment of Medical Service Pricing for Laboratory Services" and its mapping relationship table, consolidating existing pricing projects into 662 main projects, 114 additional items, and 7 extension items, following the "matured batch, released batch" work approach. In the next step, the NHSA will guide provincial medical insurance bureaus to refer to the "Guidelines for Project Establishment of Medical Service Pricing for Laboratory Services" to formulate a unified pricing benchmark for the entire province. Regions with pricing management authority will determine the actual execution price level by adjusting it upwards or downwards in comparison to the provincial pricing benchmark.
