Harbin police are soliciting clues related to organized crime, with new types of black and evil illegal activities including soft violence debt collection and malicious claims now included.

On the evening of August 12, the Harbin Public Security Bureau's WeChat official account issued a notice regarding the collection of clues related to organized crime and gang-related illegal activities. The notice lists ten types of new forms of gang-related illegal activities, including soft violence debt collection, malicious compensation claims, media extortion, fraudulent work-related claims, and "smash-and-grab" extortion, among others. Additionally, clues related to the manipulation and control of minors in committing illegal acts and the infringement of minors' rights have also been included under the category of "other gang-related illegal activities."
