Jiang Xiaoyang, former member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Ganjian Holding Group Co., Ltd., has been expelled from the Party and terminated from his employment.

After investigation, Jiang Xiaoyang has lost his ideals and beliefs, deviated from his original mission, shown disloyalty and dishonesty towards the Party, and resisted organizational scrutiny; he has ignored the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations, accepted gifts and money that may influence the impartial execution of official duties, and improperly accepted arrangements for tourism activities; he has violated organizational principles by seeking benefits for others in the promotion of cadre positions and staff recruitment; he has breached the bottom line of integrity by engaging in profit-making activities and accepting paid part-time jobs in violation of regulations; he has abused his power by improperly intervening in and interfering with the contracting of construction projects; he has treated public authority as a tool for personal gain, using his official convenience to seek benefits for others in aspects such as project contracting and settlement of project payments, and illegally accepted huge amounts of property.
