According to informed sources, Jane Street issued senior secured notes maturing in 2031, 2033, and 2036, with sizes of $5.86 billion, $5.13 billion, and $3.64 billion, respectively. The longest-dated bond was priced with a yield of 8.088%. This fixed-rate bond issuance, led by JPMorgan, is part of Jane Street's plan to repay floating-rate loans and restructure its $11 billion debt burden.
