Zhitong Finance APP news, Tianchang Group (02182) announced that on August 12, 2026, Tianhao (the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary) entered into a construction agreement with Guangdong Zhongfu (as the general contractor) regarding the construction of a new production facility for advanced materials and semi-solid magnesium alloy injection molding (Magnesium Thixomolding) on the land parcel, which includes a factory building, employee dormitories, warehouses, and ancillary facilities, with a total cost of 149.3 million yuan. The land parcel refers to JD134-13-02 in the Xinmin Luotang area of Huicheng District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China.
