Alpha Enterprises (00948.HK) plans to conduct a rights issue at a discount of approximately 19.68% on the basis of "1 for 1," aiming to raise approximately HKD 81 million.

According to the Zhiong Tong Finance APP, Alpha Enterprises (00948.HK) announced that the company proposes to issue 4.12 million rights shares at a subscription price of HKD 0.200 per rights share on the basis of one rights share for every existing share held by eligible shareholders as of the record date, in order to raise a total of approximately HKD 82.5 million.
