Liaoning Province has issued a supervisory notice regarding the poisoning incident in Chaoyang City that resulted in three deaths.

The Liaoning Provincial Work Safety Committee recently issued a "Notice on the Investigation and Supervision of a Major Production Safety Accident," revealing that on August 5 at approximately 19:03, a poisoning incident occurred at the Xintaitai Animal Husbandry Company, located in Laoxidian Village, Wanshou Street, Jianping County, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, resulting in three fatalities. Relevant authorities in Jianping County confirmed on the 12th that the incident happened while the company was operating the valve of a liquid pool near a septic tank. In accordance with the "Liaoning Province Regulations on the Investigation and Supervision of Major Accidents," the Liaoning Provincial Work Safety Committee has decided to implement oversight and supervision for the investigation of this major incident. It requires Chaoyang City to promptly organize and conduct an accident investigation in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and rules, to swiftly ascertain the cause of the accident and to strictly formulate handling opinions based on the requirements of accident investigation regulations.
