Among them, the Semaglutide injection (for weight loss indications) has been jointly declared and accepted by the CDE in collaboration with 3SBio. Recently, the company reached an agreement through amicable consultations with Zhejiang 3SBio Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "3SBio") and signed the "Cooperation Agreement for Semaglutide Injection - Blood Sugar Control for Adult Type 2 Diabetes Patients" and the "Entrusted Production and Supply Agreement." Both parties have reached a cooperation agreement on the development, registration, production, and commercialization of Semaglutide injection (for blood sugar control indications) in the Chinese region (mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, excluding Taiwan).
