Baoan of China announced that from August 10 to 12, 2026, the increased shareholding entity, Chengxing Investment, has increased its holdings in the company by 23,607,594 shares through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 0.9153% of the company's total share capital. As of the close on August 12, Chengxing Investment and its concerted party, Kunpeng New Industry, collectively held 602,642,293 shares of the company, accounting for 23.3653% of the total share capital, with equity changes touching the integer multiple of 1%. This increase in shareholding is in line with the disclosed plan, and will not cause the company's equity distribution to fail to meet the listing conditions, nor will it change the control situation.
