Tianjin: Encourage the construction of new business entities known as "Robot 6S Stores."

Recently, the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau jointly issued the "Action Plan for the Innovative Development of the Intelligent Robotics Industry in Tianjin." The "Action Plan" strengthens security measures from six aspects: financial empowerment, talent cultivation, exploration of new business models, effective use of support policies, creating a favorable environment, and safety supervision. It proposes the establishment of a municipal-level special fund for the robotics industry, exploring modern technology leasing services such as renting instead of selling, entrusted leasing, and leveraged leasing for intelligent robots; supporting universities in establishing interdisciplinary robotics programs and co-building training bases; encouraging the construction of new business entities like "robot 6S stores," supporting the establishment of cross-border e-commerce marketing centers, and creating a headquarters for intelligent robots going overseas. In the next three years, Tianjin will rely on platforms such as the World Intelligent Industry Expo and the Tianjin Robotics Conference to organize a series of activities including specialized exchanges, exhibitions, and frontier forums, enhancing the visibility of Tianjin's robotics industry and strengthening the regional industrial radiation and driving effect. Based on the "117 Project," a "Robotics Town" will be established, creating a unique industrial advantage of "trustworthy and controllable robotics eco-system" and making Tianjin a pioneer area for intelligent robotics. The "Tianjin Intelligent Robotics Application Display Experience Center" will be built in the core area of the Tianjin Kaikai Higher Education Science and Technology Innovation Park to carry out product displays and resource connection activities.
