Jia Shi Jingdong Warehousing Infrastructure REIT's first expansion fundraising has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. This REIT is the first public REIT for privately-owned enterprises in the domestic warehousing and logistics sector. This expansion marks the first fundraising since its listing, and it plans to include two warehousing and logistics assets located in Hefei and Xi'an, with a total construction area of approximately 250,000 square meters.
