On August 12, the first expansion of the Jiashu JD Warehouse Infrastructure REIT was accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. This REIT is the first publicly offered REIT for warehousing and logistics by a private enterprise in China. This expansion is the first since its listing and aims to include two warehousing and logistics assets located in Hefei and Xi'an, with a total construction area of approximately 250,000 square meters.
