China Longyuan Electric Technology Company priced its initial public offering in the U.S. at $22 per share on Tuesday, raising $94.3 million. The copper foil manufacturer sold approximately 4.3 million American depositary shares within the offering range of $20 to $22 per share. Major investors in Longyuan include South Korea's SK Group and Mirae Asset. The company's stock will begin trading on Wednesday on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "FOIL." Cantor, Huatai Securities, BOC International, U.S. Tiger Securities, Futu Securities, and VC Brokerage acted as underwriters for the offering.
