Zhejiang: Strengthen financial support for the full lifecycle of brain-computer interface enterprises and encourage them to choose suitable listing methods.

The General Office of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province has issued a notice on "Several Measures to Promote the Collaborative Development of Brain-Computer Interface Industry-Academia-Research." It mentions strengthening financial support. The province will leverage the 4+1 special fund and the Zhejiang Social Security Science and Technology Innovation Fund to actively support promising brain-computer interface companies and high-quality R&D pipeline projects in a market-oriented manner, guiding social capital to invest early, invest small, invest long-term, and invest in hard technology. The "Private Enterprise Application for Industry Fund Equity Financing Green Channel" will be effectively utilized, and eligible brain-computer interface projects will be included in the provincial government investment fund project database. Financial institutions will be guided to innovate financial products such as "Concept Validation Loans," "Pilot Test Loans," and "Technology Achievement Transformation Loans," supporting intellectual property pledge financing and securitization in brain-computer interface projects, and strengthening financial support for brain-computer interface companies throughout their entire lifecycle. Eligible brain-computer interface companies will be encouraged to choose appropriate listing methods.
