According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Hangzhou Siwei Space Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Chang Ming as the legal representative and a registered capital of 2 billion yuan. The business scope includes the development of artificial intelligence application software; development of artificial intelligence theories and algorithm software; comprehensive application system integration of satellite technology; and satellite remote sensing data processing, among others. Qichacha's ownership penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Hangzhou Xihu Cloud Innovation Group Co., Ltd. and Aerospace Investment Holding Co., Ltd., among others.
