The Alibaba Cloud Lingjun Zhenwu M890 ultra-node instance has officially launched, with the first batch now available for sale in the Ulanqab region. This is also the first ultra-node computing power in the country to successfully operate a large model with over 20 trillion parameters. Both Kimi K3 and Qwen3.8 Max are already providing services through this instance. It is reported that the Lingjun Zhenwu M890 ultra-node instance supports FP8/FP4 low-precision computing, and through the ICN Switch 1.0 chip, the Scale-up interconnection has been upgraded from 16 cards to 64 cards, with inter-card connectivity increased to 800GB/s. In training scenarios for intelligent driving and embodied intelligence, training performance has improved threefold compared to the previous generation Zhenwu 810E.
