The Qichacha APP shows that recently, Shanghai Lutong Yunbo Technology Co., Ltd. was established, and its business scope includes system integration services for artificial intelligence industry applications; sales of artificial intelligence hardware; general application systems for artificial intelligence; and software development for artificial intelligence theories and algorithms. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by ST Lutongs wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Lutong Chuangzhi Technology Co., Ltd. and others.
