Kelang Software and Turing Quantum have reached a deep strategic cooperation to jointly build an integrated industrial foundation for financial quantum security and computing power.

According to an announcement from Ke Luan Software, on August 5, Beijing Ke Luan Software Systems Co., Ltd. formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Turing Intelligent Quantum Technology Co., Ltd. The two parties will integrate the entire industrial chain of "quantum underlying hardware quantum security infrastructure financial computing power services banking business systems," aiming to establish a benchmark for the large-scale implementation of quantum technology in the domestic financial industry.
