Zhang Jiawen, the Executive President of Bank of China Fund, has departed, and Chen Weixing will serve as the acting Executive President.

Bank of China Fund announced today that its Executive President Zhang Jiawen has resigned, effective August 10, due to job adjustments. Until the new Executive President assumes office, the position will be temporarily filled by the Chief Inspector and Deputy Executive President Chen Weixing. Chen Weixing has previously served as Assistant General Manager of the Financial Markets Headquarters at Bank of China, Member of the Party Committee and Assistant to the President at Bank of China Shenzhen Branch, Vice President, and Deputy General Manager of the Pension Finance Department at Bank of China. He joined Bank of China Fund Management Co., Ltd. in 2022 and currently holds the position of Chief Inspector and Deputy Executive President.
