New Zealand Prime Minister Luxon stated that the ruling National Party supports him in continuing to serve as party leader in a confidence vote. Luxon announced the voting results after attending a National Party caucus meeting in Wellington on Wednesday. This is the second time Luxon has received support from the caucus in four months. Four months ago, he initiated and won a confidence vote, but this move did not quell ongoing questions regarding his suitability to serve as Prime Minister.
