MicroPort Cardiac Rhythm Management-B (02160.HK) issues profit warning, expects mid-term net loss not to exceed 25 million USD.

Zhitong Finance APP reported that MicroPort Heart Technology-B (02160.HK) announced that the group will complete the acquisition of the cardiac management (Cardiac Management) business on December 19, 2025 (the acquisition transaction), and the cardiac management business will be fully consolidated into the groups financial statements for the six months ending June 30, 2026 (the reporting period) for the first time. Based on a preliminary review of the groups unaudited consolidated management accounts for the reporting period and an assessment of the latest information available to the Board of Directors, the group expects to record revenue of no less than $153 million during the reporting period, with a net loss not exceeding $25 million.
