Bawei Storage announced that a board meeting will be held on August 10 to review and approve the proposal for the cancellation of certain restricted stocks under the 2023 and 2025 restricted stock incentive plans. In 2023, due to the departure of 5 employees and 18 not meeting assessment requirements, a total of 48,500 shares will be cancelled; in 2025, due to the departure of 23 employees, 11 not meeting assessment requirements, and 3 voluntarily giving up their subscription, a total of 113,544 shares will be cancelled. This cancellation will not have a significant impact on the companys finances, operations, or the stability of its core team, nor will it affect the continued implementation of the equity incentive plan.
