Junyi Digital announced that the company plans to terminate three original fundraising projects, including the "Underground Comprehensive Utility Tunnel Intelligent Management and Operation Platform Upgrade Construction Project," and change them to the "Intelligent Computing Center Construction and Operation Project." The unused raised funds and their interest amounting to 184.22 million yuan will be invested in the new project. The total planned investment for the new project is 205.46 million yuan, with a one-year construction period and an expected average annual revenue of approximately 96.28 million yuan, resulting in a static investment payback period of 5.15 years. This matter has been approved by the board of directors, and the sponsor has no objections.
