The total committed capital amount proposed by all partners of the fund is 56 million RMB, of which the companys commitment is 25 million RMB, accounting for 44.643%. This investment does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset restructuring, and does not require submission for review by the board of directors or the shareholders' meeting.
