China Aluminium: Controlling shareholder and its concerted parties have increased their holdings by a total of 659 million yuan.

China Aluminum Corporation announced that its controlling shareholder, Chalco Group, along with its concert parties, will increase their shareholding in the company from July 20 to August 11, 2026. By August 11, they had cumulatively increased their shareholding by 77.3567 million shares, accounting for approximately 0.45% of the total equity, with a total investment of about 659 million yuan. They previously planned to increase their holdings by 1 to 2 billion yuan, not exceeding 2% of the total equity, with a deadline of July 19, 2027. Going forward, they will continue to increase their holdings as planned using self-owned funds or loans; however, there are risks of not meeting expectations due to market fluctuations and other factors.
