Sony insists on stopping the sale of physical game discs in 2028.

An important notification has been added to the PS5 purchase page on the official Sony PlayStation China website. Starting from January 2028, new game releases on PlayStation will only be sold in digital format. Games released on disc before January 2028 will still be playable.
