Guizhou Tyre: The project for the annual production of 6 million semi-steel radial tires in Morocco has completed the overseas investment filing.

Guizhou Tire Announcement: On January 5, 2026, the company reviewed and approved the proposal for the intelligent manufacturing project of semi-steel radial tires with an annual production capacity of 6 million units in Morocco. On August 11, 2026, the wholly-owned subsidiary Guizhou Qianjin Tire Investment Co., Ltd. completed the overseas investment filing for the project and received the "Overseas Investment Certificate" issued by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce. As of the announcement date, all domestic approvals and filings required for the project have been completed, including the approval from the Guizhou Provincial State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the filing of the overseas investment project with the Guizhou Provincial Development and Reform Commission, among others. The company will expedite the preliminary work for the project, including the park entry permit and the establishment of the subsidiary in Morocco.
