According to informed sources, Singapore-based data center operator DayOne Data Centers Ltd. has confidentially submitted an application for an initial public offering in the United States. The sources, who requested anonymity due to discussions involving non-public information, revealed that the company plans to go public as early as next quarter, aiming to raise about $5 billion through the IPO. Bloomberg News previously reported that DayOne's target valuation for the listing is approximately $20 billion. The sources indicated that related considerations are still ongoing, and details such as the scale and timing of the IPO may change. DayOne has not yet responded to this matter.
