According to data from the Beijing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee's official website, on August 10, Beijing signed 159 new homes online, covering an area of 13,871.37 square meters, including 77 residential units with an area of 9,802.66 square meters; there were 653 second-hand homes signed online, covering an area of 55,245.56 square meters, including 563 residential units with an area of 50,533.7 square meters.
