China Everbright Water (01857.HK) announced that in order to streamline and optimize the company's corporate governance structure and decision-making process, the Strategic Committee will be dissolved effective August 11, 2026. With the dissolution of the Strategic Committee, the positions of its chairman and members will also be automatically terminated, and the functions and responsibilities of the Strategic Committee will be assumed by the Board of Directors.
