Beijing: High-risk road sections will be proactively closed at night.

On August 11 at 9 a.m., the Municipal Flood Control and Drought Relief Command initiated a Level II emergency response for flood prevention across the city. According to the Municipal Transportation Commission, the road traffic flood prevention sub-command has also simultaneously launched a Level II emergency response, proactively closing off highway sections with significant and higher risk during nighttime.
