At 2:36 AM on August 11, the water level at the Hengpailou Station in Liu'an, Anhui, reached the warning level of 54 meters, meeting the flood numbering criteria according to the "National Major Rivers Flood Numbering List." At 2:49 AM on the 11th, the Anhui Hydrology Bureau announced the formation of "Anhui Peihe No. 1 Flood of 2026."
