Open Source Securities: The industrialization of AI computing power is accelerating, and gas turbines and diesel generation are.
Keystone Securities released a research report stating that the current global AI computing power industrialization is speeding up, driving both global and U.S. hyperscale data centers into a rapid construction phase. The large-scale deployment of global intelligent computing centers and supercomputing centers is accelerating, with the significant increase in infrastructure investment directly boosting the power consumption demand for computing power, which establishes a solid foundation for substantial incremental demand in the gas turbine industry. Traditional demand in the U.S. is at a juncture of "replacement for existing capacity," with the 25-30 year replacement cycle from the peak equipment installation in 2000 coinciding with the demand growth curve for AI to create a demand resonance window in 2026. The firm expects that the situation of supply being less than demand will continue until after 2031.
