The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing announced today the e-commerce logistics index for July. The supply of e-commerce logistics remains stable and improves, with the efficiency of inventory turnover further enhanced. The e-commerce logistics index for July stands at 111.2 points, a decrease of 0.2 points compared to the previous month. E-commerce logistics is undergoing seasonal adjustment, with the effects of concentrated promotions on platforms gradually fading, and the e-commerce market returning to normal operations. Demand for e-commerce logistics has somewhat declined, but the foundational stability of the industry remains intact. In July, the total business volume of e-commerce logistics and the business volume in rural areas both maintained a year-on-year growth rate of over 20%. By region, the rural business volume index for e-commerce logistics in the western and northeastern regions continues to show positive trends.
