According to informed sources, Intel is planning to raise the fundraising scale of its stock sale to approximately $20 billion, which is one-third higher than the target amount announced when the deal was unveiled on Monday morning. The sources indicate that the chip manufacturers pricing is expected to be set at $95 per share or higher; due to the confidentiality of the information, the sources requested anonymity. Based on estimates, this pricing represents a 6.5% discount compared to last Friday's closing price. One of the sources mentioned that if the over-allotment option is exercised, the fundraising scale could further exceed $20 billion. The subscription demand for this stock sale has surpassed $100 billion. The sources noted that related discussions are still ongoing, and details such as the issuance scale and pricing may still change. An Intel spokesperson declined to comment.
