Zhitong Finance APP news, Corning Hospital (02120.HK) announced that Mr. Huang Weichao (Mr. Huang) has resigned from his positions as Co-Company Secretary, Authorized Representative as defined in Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and Legal Process Agent for receiving legal documents and notifications in Hong Kong as stipulated in Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong, effective from August 10, 2026.
