The companies announced on Monday that the newly formed entity, named Theseus Infrastructure, will serve as a platform for developing artificial intelligence computing facilities, with an "initial focus" on the United States. Macquarie and GIC are committed to providing a majority of the equity funding for each project, while Anthropic has committed to covering any potential increases in local electricity prices caused by these facilities.
