Zhitong Finance APP reported that Huicheng Vacuum (301392.SZ) has released a proposal for issuing A-shares to specific parties in 2026. The total amount of funds raised from this issuance will not exceed RMB 955 million (including the principal), and the net amount of funds raised after deducting issuance costs is intended to be fully used for the following projects: ultra-precision semiconductor and continuous PVD equipment industrialization project, as well as supplementing working capital.
