According to U.S. media The Information, Microsoft (MSFT.O) plans to publicly release its next-generation Maia 300 AI chip this fall, potentially as soon as September. At the same time, to meet delivery demands for 2027, Microsoft has engaged with TSMC (TSM.N) to secure manufacturing capacity for over 300,000 units of the chip.
